The academy operates year-round. New students may be accepted at any time.
LESSON LOCATION
Classes are held in the studio located at 116 Granville Street, Gahanna, OH 43230. Parents are expected to be available at all times during the lesson and may wait either in the studio or the designated waiting area.
SCHEDULING
All students are assigned a regular weekday and time for their lesson and are expected to attend all planned lessons. Once a schedule for the student’s lesson day and time is set, it cannot be easily changed; as a change in day, date or time for one student has a domino effect and usually means having to reschedule another student. Students and parents are asked to respect the schedule once an appropriate weekday and time are arranged.
CANCELLATIONS
Lessons cancelled by the instructor will be made up at a later date and time that is convenient for both the student and the instructor. Make-up lessons may be scheduled for an entire session or may be scheduled by adding additional time onto a planned lesson; depending upon the instructor’s schedule and mutual agreement with the parent/student. The instructor will make every effort to provide at least a 24-48 hour notice of any needed cancellations or rescheduling.
Likewise, notification of any lessons cancelled by the student/parent must be made at least 24 – 48 hours in advance. Please note that lessons missed or cancelled by the student/parent less than 24 hours in advance will not be made up and the tuition is non-refundable.
